Evidence Of Care Standards

Whilst we hope that our website and the words of other residents and guests will provide you with confidence in us we believe that you should also get an objective view.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which carries out regular inspections of all our care homes and care agencies.

As a result of these inspections an Inspection Report is produced and you can read these by clicking the ‘View CQC Inspection Report’ buttons on the relevant care home or Care Wey page.

In addition, CQC rates every home or agency depending on the standard of their services and gives them a Star Rating; either Excellent (3 star), Good (2 star), Adequate (1 star) or Poor (0 star). All our homes and agencies are rated either Excellent or Good.
